No Refunds Policy

All service sales are final. To ensure you receive a favorable outcome, our professional nail specialists perform thorough consultations that require your participation and honest feedback. Cancellation/No-Show Policy

We require 24-hour notice of any canceled appointment. Clients will receive a text reminder 48 hours in advance of any appointment and are able to text back a “C” to confirm. We ask that clients call to cancel or make any changes to the appointment. A second reminder will be made either by phone or text at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. Please note that we will not continue to book appointments for clients who are deemed to habitually no show or cancel appointments with short notice. Those clients will then be requested to go on standby or walk-in status for same day appointments. Management reserves the right to determine number of times and time frame of no shows/short notice cancellation that is acceptable.

Acrylic from Other Salons

Please note that we do not fill acrylic from other salons. A fee of $16 may be charged for removing old acrylic before we apply our product. Please contact us for more information.

Children Policy

Children under 12 are not allowed in the salon unless they are receiving service or are supervised by an adult. We strive for all our guests to enjoy a peaceful environment and relaxing salon experience. We also care about the safety of your child and since we have chemicals and sharp tools, children should not be unsupervised in the salon.

Acrylic Repair Policy

We guarantee all our acrylic work and will repair any break or chipping free of charge up to 14 days from your service. We reserve the right to refuse free repair past 14 days as that is normal time when a balance and refill is needed.

Gel Polish Repair Policy

Gel Polish is guaranteed on fingernails for 10 days and toenails for 30 days. Free repairs of chips or peeling with original color will be provided. Color change will be charged at full price of gel polish service.

Outside Product Policy

We do not recommend bringing your own products such as polish, crystals or other and ones without prior approval of Perfectly Polished Nail Boutique nail specialist or manager. Bringing your own products will not save you money on your service as service prices are based on the time spent on applying the products. In addition, we will not be able to honor our free repair guarantee if outside products are used and the cost repair will be based on amount of time needed to repair nail.
